How long does shipping take?
Since many of our items are made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days via reliable international couriers like FedEx or DHL.
Can I return a custom-made item?
Custom-made or 'Made to Measure' items are tailored specifically to your measurements and cannot be returned. However, standard-sized items can be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition.
